What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, Simply worked as a base tool and it helped throughout the client communication and CX management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Features list is massive but sometimes it seems clumsy to differentiate between them, probably due to my vision problem as the icons they’ve used are tiny to differentiate. It’s not for all, it’s me who can assess basis on my personal experience.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The future verson should possess the ability to connect through social media contacts for targeting the prospectus, I mean it should be like Facebook pixel code where people focus on user targeting basis on their interest etc.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It was amazing experience to have Simply as one of our office management tools. We recommend Simply to the MSMEs. Overall, so far, our experience with Simply has been great.
