What are the best aspects of this product?

What made first like Simply Measured was its beautiful layout and design. More importantly, I was really surprised with the results. The presentation of the reports is absolutely professional and very easy to understand, thanks to the nice graphics. The information presented regarding a Twitter profile or Facebook page is thorough enough for one to get as much information as needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment I can't think of anything I dislike. I may need to try first the paid plan at least to make a comparison between the free and paid versions.
