Simply Measured Review

PROS: Simply Measured's automatically produced reports are great and they helped me make sure that my deliverables are ready to be displayed each week. The set up process was great as well, providing help along the way so our key words are working for us efficiently. They don't push you to get a bigger contract, but rather looks at what numbers you are getting and judge it from the data.

CONS: I'm not a fan of the dark theme. I much prefer the lighter one for professionals.

PROS: Simply Measured lets you export to Powerpoint and Excel in an efficient manner. Reporting is great and easy to use and there is the freedom to style the reports in your own branded format as well which is great. It provides nearly 30 reports across all social channels which is great for me to work with. Also, support has been very helpful to us.

CONS: It is costly for us to do competitor analysis due to the limitations of the data collections. Unless we pay more, we won't get much basically.While support has been helpful to us, because of the geographical location and time difference it is very hard to attend webinars and training sessions.

PROS: What made first like Simply Measured was its beautiful layout and design. More importantly, I was really surprised with the results. The presentation of the reports is absolutely professional and very easy to understand, thanks to the nice graphics. The information presented regarding a Twitter profile or Facebook page is thorough enough for one to get as much information as needed.

CONS: At the moment I can't think of anything I dislike. I may need to try first the paid plan at least to make a comparison between the free and paid versions.

PROS: There are so many features I like in Simply Measured.But all it boils down to three main features: the insightful, comprehensive, and actually good-looking reports, the backups provided by the service, and endless customisation. It has saved us time and effort in doing all those steps that make social media analytics traditionally cumbersome and slow. Theflexibility it provides is amazing.

CONS: I haven't experienced any issues with it. And if ever I have any questions or doubts on the tool, I've had very strong support from my account manager and the support team.

PROS: Simply Measured provides us multiple options for various social media platforms which is very helpful. They made it super easy for us to understand each graph and model for the user and each client. I have to say that my favorite feature is being able to download the reports and excel spreadsheets and easily customize them to fit my needs.

CONS: Sadly, the analytics from Facebook do not get fully pulled up. I've also had problems in the past where the reports are buggy and aren't accurate. I have to pay close attention to each report and compare them to Facebook reports.

PROS: Simply Measured is very user friendly. The results are presented in way that is easy to understand and looks nice enough to present directly to clients without reformatting. I also love the labels function, which is a great help for us when we need to do campaigns and hashtag tracking for events.

CONS: It would be nice to be able to drag charts directly from the web to a PowerPoint, rather than having to export to a different PowerPoint file first. Also, some of the tabs in exported Excel tabs could be more clearly labeled based on the data they present.
