Easy to understand data for better social media strategies

What are the best aspects of this product?

Simply Measured provides us multiple options for various social media platforms which is very helpful. They made it super easy for us to understand each graph and model for the user and each client. I have to say that my favorite feature is being able to download the reports and excel spreadsheets and easily customize them to fit my needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sadly, the analytics from Facebook do not get fully pulled up. I've also had problems in the past where the reports are buggy and aren't accurate. I have to pay close attention to each report and compare them to Facebook reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get to solve business problems for a newer client who just branded themselves on social media platforms. I could now see what content and budget is and isn't working for this client for a more effective social media strategy. In addition, I can sort and adjust the images as I like on my own software reporting system.
