What are the best aspects of this product?
There are so many features I like in Simply Measured.But all it boils down to three main features: the insightful, comprehensive, and actually good-looking reports, the backups provided by the service, and endless customisation. It has saved us time and effort in doing all those steps that make social media analytics traditionally cumbersome and slow. Theflexibility it provides is amazing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't experienced any issues with it. And if ever I have any questions or doubts on the tool, I've had very strong support from my account manager and the support team.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It lets us not only run reports on individual social networks. It also lets us combine all these reports together to get a complete view of the client's social performance. Finally, we get to move away from the bad habit of "silo views"
