Great cross channel reporting with social media integration capabilities

What are the best aspects of this product?

Simply Measured lets you export to Powerpoint and Excel in an efficient manner. Reporting is great and easy to use and there is the freedom to style the reports in your own branded format as well which is great. It provides nearly 30 reports across all social channels which is great for me to work with. Also, support has been very helpful to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is costly for us to do competitor analysis due to the limitations of the data collections. Unless we pay more, we won't get much basically.While support has been helpful to us, because of the geographical location and time difference it is very hard to attend webinars and training sessions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to realize great cross channel reporting. The integration of vine and Instagram reports is very good too and it compliments Facebook Insights very well. It lets us better analyze how effective our channels are. Despite the limitation on the competitors included, the reporting function is excellent with very descriptive and impactful diagrams.
