What are the best aspects of this product?

Simply Measured's automatically produced reports are great and they helped me make sure that my deliverables are ready to be displayed each week. The set up process was great as well, providing help along the way so our key words are working for us efficiently. They don't push you to get a bigger contract, but rather looks at what numbers you are getting and judge it from the data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not a fan of the dark theme. I much prefer the lighter one for professionals.

It has helped prove time and time again that social media does have a real business purpose. From launches to the day to day operations, it has helped create a bigger impact on our social media monitoring and marketing activities.
