What are the best aspects of this product?
My experience with SBM has been amazing!!! I was proud of myself when I was able to put up the first basic page and features. When I was ready to take things to another level, I needed help and reached out to online support. And that was an absolutely beautiful experience. The online support staff was patient and very instructive. Ingi specifically one day spent hours with me helping me to set up some features I wanted to have on the page. I literally have no complaints and I am fully thankful for SBM and the support they offer to clients like me who is learning new things to give their small businesses a professional presence online.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no cons per se. At first, I was using the free option because I do not have a big clientele. But I needed to have more features (in addition to the one free one that SBM offers), so I had to upgrade to a payment plan. In any case, I am just thankful for the platform because it answers many of my desires to give my brand a professional look. There are just a few things to learn and the online support really filled that gap for me.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I am not sure for now because I am still exploring features that work for me. One thing though, after using the free version for 50 possible clients with one free feature. But, I had to upgrade to a paid plan even though I have less than the 50 because I needed more features. Not sure if there is anything that can be done because after all, it is business and SBM is supplying a service that they need to be paid for.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am so thankful for SimplyBook.me. Before being introduced to it, I was clueless about how to go about managing my schedule with potential clients and also being organized in doing that. Well, SBM answered these two and more. Because of features and options for layout and design, I am now able to have a professional online presence, now able to organize meetings and myself with clients and have the finished and finesse look to represent my brand and me.
