PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am not saying it does not have some great Pros about this software but unfortunately they are far outweighed by the negatives. This is compounded by the fact that most of the useful functions are only contained with the extra Paid for add ons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This has some very good "on the surface" features but when you get a chance to use in a real life situation you find that there are a LOT of half implemented functions.
Sure it may be useful for a very specific range of service providers but the limits are so restrictive it has no use for me as a Handyman.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Where do i start!?
In a matter of days I made about 20 plus suggestions.
All I ever got back was it would be submitted but they cannot say IF or when it would be implemented.
This is one of the very first things I suggested as it happens - An open suggestion platform which new features can be posted and voted for by other users.
It would also provide a useful indication as to the status of any new updates and time scales.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It created more problems than it solved as I spent more time trying to find what I would consider basic functions.
What it did do was no more than I would expect and indeed received from other similar software at a MUCH less costly fee and indeed I have used Free ones with stuff this does not have.

Why did you decide to change it?

I wanted to get better functionality and features. I kept on hitting a brick wall with the limitations of the software. The main issue being that multiple services could not be added.
This one was meant to allow that. Which on the surface it did but by way of Add on services. Then you find out that it does not allocate any time so no matter how many you add the time does not change! Crazy
