What are the best aspects of this product?

This is definitely a very solid solution. I have checked some booking solutions and choose SimplyBook.me because it fits best my requirements. I liked it to have the full range of functions during the free test phase. So could explore what I need and pay just for things I really use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Flexibility is everything! Therefore I missed the option to customize the text in the calendar entry. Compared to the overall functionality definitely a minor thing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

To have the option to change the text in the calendar entry.

The whole booking process is now digital, clear and comfortable!
