What are the best aspects of this product?
Lots of function can choose and you could choose the most suitable for your own, user friendly while setup and also it's easy for users.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if there is multi-language support team, e.g. Chinese support reply.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be great if there could be showing photos for choose for individual booking field.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For sure it must be solved the online appointment problem, for previous customer only called to us or through Facebook, but now we could send the link to our customer and let them book online themselves, perfect!
