There is a lot of functionality so you can change this as your service and your needs grow. The customer support is great - they've always helped me figure things out quickly and explain what I can do to make the product work for me.

It can be difficult to get to grips with the different elements but with customer support it's possible even for someone that is not that tech savy.

We were able to really easily offer appointments for clients to book in to giving them a professional looking booking system and automatically generated confirmations which we could personalise.
