The way the system is set up with a free month to work out what you need, and then customisation to make sure you have the features you need for your business, without paying for lots of features you don't need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be sometimes complex to set up to match your needs, but this is likely a side affect of the complexity of booking systems generally.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Allow calendar appointments to be created in specific colours via the Google Calendar plugin.
