What are the best aspects of this product?
Lots of great features, but the best part is the great documentation/videos and support staff to help in setting them all up
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wished I had a longer trial period to configure out system and test it all before purchasing, however I suspect the support staff would have given an extension if I had asked.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better intake form fields in general, but specifically the ability to customize the order (and have that effect the price). There is an Add Ons feature, but I would have preferred to handle that in the base intake form.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had been using WooCommerce on Wordpress with a Gravity Forms order form to do reservations, and had done so for almost a year, but a huge problem was WooCommerce exports Gravity Form user submissions all in one column. We had to write a complicated Google Spreadsheet to parse the data into manageable form. We were very happy to switch to SimplyBook.me, and found lots of other benefits once we did.
