Flexibility with the features that it offers, and the pricing options reflect this. You aren't paying for things you do not need.

It can take a while to get used to where to find everything which can be frustrating - like any new software it takes a while to learn.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I haven't found anything yet but we have only been using the software for a short time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We run a dog walking field, and the other software we tried did not allow us to easukt send automatic emails to the user an hour prior to the booked session which included a variable gate code. It could be done by other software but not without complication and more expensive bespoke solutions. I like that it also sends requests for feedback after the bookings.
