What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate all the payment options. Once you get the hang of it it ease of navigating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For a first time user it was a bit difficult to figure out where to navigate when looking for a particular option. However the tutorial videos and customer service helped ease the process. Also it would be nice if the basic package had 4 custom features vs 3.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like this app to be integrated with Instagram or other social media apps so a “ book now” button can be added. I would also like to see “ world remit” as payment options as a lot of countries overseas use mobile money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am in the beginning phase so still figuring out options.
