What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When Simplybook .me changes their platform ease of use style and look, it takes a bit of time to get used to the new platform and use the different components. Many times I find myself having a hard time finding certain application within this scheduling platform.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a better menu of apps where I can purchase individual modules and have other payment options for these modules you can purchase 1 module or 5 modules. So you're stuck with only two options. It would be more practical if you guys at SymplyBook.me broke it down to being able to purchase modules in increments of 1- 2 or 3 or 4 and up to 5 modules per year.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One big problem SimplyBook.me app resolved for me and made my practice so much easier for folks to go online and schedule their appointments with me and pay for their sessions. Love this ease of use for my customers and me.
