Provides us with a very professional mechanism to book appointments, user friendly and adaptable to our needs

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Took me a while to configure/personalise the site but not problematic - very happy with the outcome

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

To be able to link the individual appointments to the service provider without going day by day. This may be possible already but I haven't discovered it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time taken to manually book appointments
