What are the best aspects of this product?
Infinitely customizable and ability to accept payments. Think of a cool feature that would help you sell better and likely they thought of it already and have an easy way for you to implement.
The best part of all is that new features are continually coming, I check back every few months and cool new features which help our biz sell better are there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Inside the widget the description field of each service can use better scaling of the text so that when customers see a service the text doesn’t get cut off ignore it too long. There is the ability for the user to hit a bump out arrow to see full description however the bump out is not intuitive and doesn’t work great on mobile. Hence the ability to better scale and space text size so that more text can be seen in descriptions would be preferred.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ability to edit widget with pop outs at each screen to easily explain the next booking and purchase step. Some of our customers are Senior Citizens and not tech savvy and although the widget is unbelievably easy for most to make it through the booking process, some non tech savvy senior citizens need extra information about why we are asking for date and time and so forth. An easy “info” button “i” which gives a little more info on why we are asking for date and time and shows them they can click the the services for more information.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Simply book me solved so many problems for our company. We use it for staffing, scheduling and payment, and point of service purchases. It’s a great service infinitely customizable and contrinually being upgraded with new cool features.
