What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how we're able to sync the site to our own Facebook page. It makes it a whole lot easier for anyone (including my students) to set a schedule for appointments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be nice to have an option that lets patrons choose their own schedule while getting a glimpse of service providers present according to their selected schedule. But this is just a minor thing and it certainly doesn't prevent my students from accessing the site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently handling a university writing center. We wanted to find some way to get students via a simpler approach to sign up for a tutoring schedule. Not only were our students thrilled to go for the tutor they want, but they can remember showing up for their tutorials as a result of e-mail that constantly remind them. Tracking data through our website is easier said than done!
