What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how it syncs with Google and has a payment option.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is quite the learning curve, and I consider myself fairly techy. There was a lot of click & looking for settings in the different menus. Some were in categories that didn't make sense to me. Some of the descriptions weren't clear or worded to where they differentiated better from the other options.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Another package between having 3 custom feature add-ons to 8. OR even better, having an a la carte to where we could buy just 1 more, without having to upgrade from $10 to $30/month when I probably wouldn't use 8, but could sure use 5.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Syncing with Google Calendar was #1 and able to charge an amount as part of the scheduling process.
