What are the best aspects of this product?

SimplyBook.me is easy to use out of the box, by using the FAQ and live help, you can figure most everything out in a flash.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It integrates payment and scheduling, this is a total weight off my mind... amazing!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see more templates TBH.

In one stroke, and in an hour or so, give or take, I solved all my admin' issues, that is; scheduling and collecting money, that worth a lot to me.
