What are the best aspects of this product?
The range of custom features and also very easy to embed into personal website. Also i don't think there is any of their branding smashed on the embedded application (from recollection) which is great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When on the free subscription, there is a monthly email sent out and it seems you have to select the option to renew rather than doing it automatically (as far as i understand)
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
On the embedded app, more ease in being able to resize /reposition it. However, this could just be my lack of expertise.

Any professional way to get calls booked in and automated without needing to talk through with the potential customer. Have a form helps prevent time-wasters.
