What are the best aspects of this product?

Endless selection of custom features, booking widget to integrate with your own or existing website. If you don't have a website for your company yet you can create one with Simplybook.me and it's very simple to setup. Very user friendly, you can learn your way around the site and it's tools very quickly. Best of all you can accept online payments which is a create for securing that booking. Support team is amazing, very friendly and super helpful!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are bit pricey and for a beginner it can be bit complicated or maybe overwhelming to use because there's so many features but the upside is they have videos and a very helpful support system that will guide you through everything.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Can't really think of anything at the moment. They really do have mostly everything you'll need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Better communication with clients now and being able to accept online payments.
