What are the best aspects of this product?
Two of the best features: Integration with my website and Google Calendar Sync. My clients can book meetings right from my website and the appointments almost instantly appear on my calendar. These two features make a solo practice run efficiently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Over the last 3 years, I have had two instances of canceled meetings that didn't get updated on my calendar. I'm guessing there is a process the end user didn't follow exactly, maybe this could be improved.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Location selection/options.
