What are the best aspects of this product?

So far, this platform did a splendid job for me. It's very consistent and has true value the moment I started using it. I highly recommended SimplyBook for any business in need of a platform that has unparalleled reliability and integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there's ever anything that I'd like to improve, it would be their design layout functionality. It's never an easy route creating your own landing page (although not impossible). But it would make things a lot simpler when layouts can be customized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SimplyBook boosted just about everything that deals with appointments. With it, scheduled appointments can easily be seen and its reminder notification has proven itself to be valuable time and again.
