What are the best aspects of this product?
Userfriendliness! I was able to set ut the system myself, despite being unexperienced and feeling a bit like Bambi on the ice...! When I started trying out bookings with my customers, I couldn't believe how well it worked - and how few errors I've had to deal with since.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a weakness somewhere in the three steps each customer must take to book an appointment. I've had four customers show up for sessions they thought were booked, but never showed in my admin calendar, and two others have inadvertently cancelled their bookings when they wanted to add more. I'm sure SimplyBook's staff is on as we speak.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More flexibility in the calendar functions, with better control over start- and end times of sessions, and breaktimes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
EVERYTHING was solved with this product! No more changing appointment time by hand in a book calendar! No more double bookings! No need for SMS or calls when the client is sick - or the provider. And no more misunderstandings, as confirmation e-mails actually work with SimplyBook (as opposed to WooCommerce, which I regret to say gave me a woeful first year of internet bookings).
