What are the best aspects of this product?
Adjustability. It can be designed to fill all your needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This adds complecity though and complexity alwayys brings some limits, so not everything works exactly the way you would like to but there's always a "next best thing" that certainly will also work.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Poor calendar mangement, less mails to figure out appointments, etc. Just a lot less of work.
