What are the best aspects of this product?
Lot of features can be customized but they are not country specific and may struggle in doing the way you want
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are hidden charges 10 time to the subscription cost which was a huge blow and surprise in case if you want to customize. It is all about a strategy not a fair deal

Be transparent and clear in all aspects which I see is missing at this point
