PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is awesome because it allows you to customize several things that other scheduling softwares did not allow me to customize. I tried 5 softwares before I picked this one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the intake forms were a little more customizable r had more features. For example, when I ask my customers to type in an address, I want them to have the option to drop a pin on a map, or have recommended addresses for them to choose while they are typing, addresses that are actually valid. Very frustrating when a customer submits a wrong address on accident.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see different time lengths associated with the add-on services. Some of my add-ons take and additional 30 minutes, while others only take 5 minutes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The option to have multiple locations, with multiple service providers, with add-on services was the best.
