PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ability to create group bookings, issue rewards for customers who refer your service or class, and how east it is to embed the calendar to a self-hosted website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Client login seems to be compulsory, or new customers won't be able to register for a class. I don't think this is necessary (especially for my class, which is generally booked once off). I also think this could be a deterrent to new customers signing up for a class, as it's extra work. I feel like this kind of forces us to use it and just makes us use up a custom feature so we can be bumped up to a higher/costlier subscription faster.

Lastly, rewards and referral feature could be improved. I'd love to see a % of my class fee go to a customer for their referrals. As most of my customers book once off and I don't see them using a discount voucher, as this assumes they will rebook. They book for the experience, not for the recurring benefits of a traditional class (eg. yoga)

The booking widget takes long to load on site level. It also seems to only load when we scroll to it on the page. We have an anchor link, which is rendered useless if the user has to scroll to the calendar in order for it to load. The anchor link can't link to the calendar if it is not loaded.

Percentage based rewards.
The ability to not have client's have to log in

We started with hosting our workshops on Airbnb Experiences and they take a huge commission. So we needed and alternative for taking in bookings.
