-Timezones and payment options
-quick customer support

-limitations in custome features
-timezones have -1 day on booking screen, which may be confusing to clients
-no way to book several sessions without having to go back the main page several times
-tedious booking process

-better booking options, especially for multiple ones
-better handling of timezones
-better interface (sub categories are confusing)
