SimplySecure’s module for mobile phones and tablets is capable of organization-wide encryption so that only authorized personnel can access certain information. Application management ensures that remote devices only have safe programs on them, while device tracking allows authorized superiors to monitor employees using their phones. Data elimination erases sensitive materials when a device is stolen, complete with instant lock, password reset and persistent shutdown.
The SimplySecure module for PC is managed from the same policy management console as other mobile devices. The technology layers an intelligent engine on top of encryption built into the operating systems of all PCs. The software also has tools to immediately remove user access to data, and uses a patented method to instantly restore the data via a single button on the main SimplySecure Management Console. Since new computers already have built-in self-encrypting drive technologies, SimplySecure SED also runs hardware-level encryption on these.
SimplySecure mobile management module for USB storage units can be applied to any flash drive, from any manufacturer, even after it has been initialized by the user. Data is compartmentalized so that both personal and encrypted work files are organized. The module can also assign permissions so that only selected personnel can access certain drives or files, or under specified circumstances only.
