A product that does it all

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it has a number of really useful features that are easy to use. It doesn't matter if you don't code, you'll still be able to bring together the functionality of chat, video calls, and audio calls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing it can improve on is how it works with Android. There are some restrictions when it comes to background processes, so I often find it difficult to get calls or notifications in the background of my Android device. This is definitely something they have to think about when they come up with newer versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are two things this has helped us solved. One, it has sped up the development process since we don't have to start from scratch. Two, it has really helped us build a relationship with our users since this can be utilized as a social platform where they can share multimedia, video, audio, and text.
