Sinch is a cloud-hosted, mobile communications platform that offers Voice, Verification, Video, SMS, and Instant Messaging solutions for app integration. PROS: I like a number of things about this service. For one, it is quite affordable. When it comes to stability and reliability, there really isn't anything to complain about. Both the API documentation and call quality are good, which has really been a boon for our business. It helps us to go about our day with minimum fuss.

CONS: I do wish their customer support team was better. There have been times when it would take some time for them to resolve issues that I have encountered.

PROS: I like that it has a number of really useful features that are easy to use. It doesn't matter if you don't code, you'll still be able to bring together the functionality of chat, video calls, and audio calls.

CONS: One thing it can improve on is how it works with Android. There are some restrictions when it comes to background processes, so I often find it difficult to get calls or notifications in the background of my Android device. This is definitely something they have to think about when they come up with newer versions.

PROS: I like how the SDK is available in multiple languages since it makes using it really easy and hassle-free. I also appreciate how it has made application circulation easy as well. Clients can use content informing to share the application, or they can just download the interfaces straight to their mobile phones.

CONS: I think they can improve on how the API is displayed because currently we're just forced to make sense of it even though I feel it is not intuitive. I think the user interface can be enhanced and made more intuitive since people with little programming knowledge might have a difficult time using it.

PROS: This is really user-friendly. I can code so I have been able to make my job easier since I was able to have my Parse backend interface implemented simply by slipping the code in.

CONS: I do think that they can make the interface for API easier. I can code, so it's not a problem for me, but I can see how it can be difficult for those who aren't as tech-savvy.
