What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how the SDK is available in multiple languages since it makes using it really easy and hassle-free. I also appreciate how it has made application circulation easy as well. Clients can use content informing to share the application, or they can just download the interfaces straight to their mobile phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can improve on how the API is displayed because currently we're just forced to make sense of it even though I feel it is not intuitive. I think the user interface can be enhanced and made more intuitive since people with little programming knowledge might have a difficult time using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has really been a big help when it comes to scalability, as it looks like this tool can handle it. It has also helped me keep track of everything, even things we didn't sign of on from the back-end, thanks to their full API log.
