What are the best aspects of this product?

I like a number of things about this service. For one, it is quite affordable. When it comes to stability and reliability, there really isn't anything to complain about. Both the API documentation and call quality are good, which has really been a boon for our business. It helps us to go about our day with minimum fuss.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish their customer support team was better. There have been times when it would take some time for them to resolve issues that I have encountered.

This tool has really allowed us to be competitive when it comes to the pricing and services we offer, thanks to it enabling us to offer an international calling business.
