What are the best aspects of this product?
The number of Channels integrated is impressive with channel updates in real-time, mandatory in our view.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Support and company personnel appear totally uninterested in customer feedback or addressing problems as they are raised. Lack of daily reports for revenue and payments as a consolidation of OTAs is sadly lacking. Canvas as a web template is poor and expensive for what it delivers.
Very basic functionality yet pricey for small operators, basically unviable for us.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The mobile Android version was unusable as calendar was missing, had to use the browser version to monitor the business. Reports for payments did not function or update during our time, financial reports to consolidate the OTA bookings were not included.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Solely the calendar updates to the channel.
