PROS: The number of Channels integrated is impressive with channel updates in real-time, mandatory in our view.
CONS: The Support and company personnel appear totally uninterested in customer feedback or addressing problems as they are raised. Lack of daily reports for revenue and payments as a consolidation of OTAs is sadly lacking. Canvas as a web template is poor and expensive for what it delivers. Very basic functionality yet pricey for small operators, basically unviable for us.

CONS: Please read carefully before you decide to deal with them. Michael from siteminder just called me a few minutes ago regarding a demo request, that i've made more than 3 weeks ago. So i said first if we can reschedule the phone to meeting to be 3 hours from now and he said fine. Then i asked him why it took you so long to get back to me? I made the request around 3 weeks ago. He got very angry saying to me and i quote " i tried to call you 3 times before, if your phone is not available so i can't reach you, do you understand such a concept? It's not scientific " I got shocked and said what start, let's cancel the whole thing so he said fine and hang up. Are you out of your mind? In a civilized world a sane person can't talk to a client like that. I can't find more words to describe what happened i just hope you understand that those rude, irresponsible people can't be your partners for a successful business, just think one more time before choosing them, How many Michaels do they have?
