Ability to customize reports

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an easy to use platform. The newly added Analytics dashboard makes all the difference. It is easy to view complex data in a simple format of graphs and displays that give you a better understanding of what is happening. I also like the report builder functionality which makes it easy to customize your reports for clients. This way you will be able to customize those reports to display what is necessary and essential for clients to see. With such powerful features, we are able to make the best use of the tool. Also, it is working with other third party software providers to integrate with them in future where some of them we are working with which promises better and more efficient functionalities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experience problems when setting up secure ads on HTML5. There are multiple steps which you have to go through in order to set up such a secure ad on HTML5. The more the steps there is the higher the possibility of making a mistake with your ad. The sad thing is that, there is no way of knowing that you have mad such an error until when you launch the campaign and a vendor informs you of the error later on. This can be frustrating on our part and it would be nice if there was some sort of a dialogue box that captures such an error before we launch the campaign so that we can correct it early enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has solved a lot of business problems that we had in the past. When it came to reporting, we could not find an easy and convenient way to do so for our clients. Luckily, with Sizmek it has become seamless as we are able to generate reports and send them to clients for ease of understanding. Also, the fact that we can manage multiple campaigns for many clients in one place is reason enough to love this product. It gives us the needed ability to perform based on the expectations of our customers. With this tool we can be more productive as compared to when we did not have it. On top of that, we are able customize the reports on the same platform.
