PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It equips me with the right functionalities to do what I want depending on the needs of my campaigns. It is not easy to find a tool that allows you to customize it the way you want tailored for your needs. However, Sizmek has done that on my part. I am able to group items the way I want so that it will be easier to manage multiple display reports for my clients. The fact that is it highly intuitive, makes all the difference. It is easy to learn as everything is on the tool and well located for you to learn. Since it is simple to use, new users can get up to speed within a few weeks of training and start using this tool in managing campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is confusing when I want to create a campaign and launch it. The steps in which I have to undergo the entire process is not that impressive to me. It does not make sense in the fact that the billing tab comes after the creation and tag publish tabs. It would be nice if the tag publish tab would come after the billing. The reporting can be disappointing to a great extent. It gives reports that can be confusing to a user due to the basis in which they are formed. Other than that, I am happy with how this product works. The Sizmek team can however improve on those few areas to make this tool smooth in terms of operation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dealing with multiple vendors can be tricky especially if you do not have the right system to track and report on issues. Sizmek has become that tool as it helps me to make sure that I am getting the right price. It generates reports in a seamless manner, making it easy to access and view those reports without having to look elsewhere or switch between tabs. When it comes to negotiating with vendors, I can do so without much hustle based on the budget they have in store. Sizmek has made it possible for me to manage vendors in a reliable manner. I can track their performance in terms of the results they get and ten hold them accountable thereafter.
