PROS: At first, I thought that I would be in for a long road. However, they have a great customer support and account manager that aided me every step of the way to make the experience smooth. It allows for ease of automation for most tasks that I did manually prior to this tool. For example, setting up of the purchase orders when the stock runs low, with the help of the OrderBot feature. Skubana has powerful analytics and inventory management functionalities. I am able to know how much revenue is generated through the analytics reports generate on revenue which is a good thing on my part.

CONS: We had a great time with the tool after we established how it works with the help of the account manager. The learning curve was definitely there at the start. However, we were able to find our way around with the help of the Skubana team. Apart from that, it offers reliable and efficient features that we need to improve our business operations and productivity. There is very little to say negative about the tool. At the moment we are still learning what else it has to offer on our end.

For example, you can order or create orders based on the bundles that sell on a particular week or day. This makes it easy to order and sell and thus an efficient strategy for your business. You can create those bundles using the Skubana by dragging and dropping units to the bundle of your choice. The search feature is incredibly fast. You can make a quick search on the interface using the keyword or tags which helps to save time. The customer service is highly responsive as they can help you from the start to understanding how different features work to better your business.

CONS: Despite the support being there, it is not always available on the weekends. Since it is human support, I can understand that they need the time off after a long weekday solving problems for users. There are those problems or issues which are vital for my business and only the skilled staff will help solve them better. Luckily, there is a way you can reach them offline through the email and they try to respond to your problems. All in all, I have had a great experience with the Skubana team and I cannot ask for a better team for my business operations.

PROS: When it comes to inventory management, we were looking for a solution that offered the flexibility we needed. Skubana provided that for us and more. It is a web-based solution which means we can manage inventory regardless of where we are. Since we started using it, we are happy in terms of how we carry out our business operations. We do not have to worry about accessing the tool as it is not a software which is installed in a single computer in the office. The web-based platform gives us more exposure and flexibility for our inventory operations which is a plus.

CONS: It is a long road, but Skubana has made it even shorter. However, there are few bugs that need fixing despite it being a reliable tool in inventory management. There are features which are missing and it has a few glitches that can slow down how well we make the best use of the product. Luckily, they have a great and responsive customer support which takes care of all the queries of its users. We have had some issues fixed while others we were given assurance that they are in the process of fixing them in future. They are also strict in terms of how we use the product in managing inventory. It does not allow one to send an order to a customer if your inventory level is 0. This is however a good thing as we do not want to send an order and then there is nothing for the customer to receive as we have run out of stock.

PROS: The dashboard creates a quick access to what you want. For example, you will be able to view your inventory and the needs associated so that you can know where to emphasize based on those needs. It is an integrated product that has all the solutions in one place. All inventories can be monitored in one place which gives you the power to know what you have in real time. It makes our work easier as it improves the visibility of stock movement by prioritizing on areas that need our emphasis and utilizing the resources we have in the best way possible.

CONS: There is always a problem with every software application. For the Skubana, it is no different but theirs is minor. If you want to get the best out of a product, then you have to go for that which has great customer support. Although we found the product to be complex at the start, we were able to find our way around thanks to the great customer support. Through the updates and training from their staff, who have a better understanding on the product, we were able to get ahead of things within a short period.

PROS: You always start somewhere and not so lucky for us, we did not start with Skubana. We tried out Stitch Labs and other inventory related tools in the market before different reputable online stores directed our attention to Skubana. Just like any normal business, we were reluctant at first but later made the bold move to try it out. It turned out to be a miracle on our part. Within the first week, we had fallen in love with the product and we were good to go. After a month, we were able to utilize the product in full such that we even dropped ShipStation which served as our shipping tool. The customer support staff is also helpful and offers the best assistance for all our needs.

CONS: The product is all great and powerful for any business dealing with inventory management. For your business you will be able to create orders and know how much inventory you have in real time. However, the interface looks out of date. It is not as better looking as it should be. When you compare with Stitch Labs, the latter is much better looking. However, you have to try the product out before you can judge it based on the outward appearance. Once you do this, how the interface looks becomes a thing of the past.

PROS: From training to when you get to know what the product offers, the process is smooth. We are able to lunch the product at no fee which is not common for most similar tools. The customer support has become helpful. Instead of dealing with an automated system that aids you on how to use the tool, they have a real human account manager to take you through what you need to know. You can actually ask a question and get a valid response that will help you discover what the tool has to offer. It also gives us room to grow which is a plus on our part.

CONS: Although the reporting feature is powerful, it is not highly customized. We deal with medical services and in that case, we are required to generate specific reports based on our products and services. With Skubana, we are not able to customize those reports to meet all our needs in full. It would be better if the developers of this product would customize the reporting functionality to offer us that better platform of generating unique reports. The learning curve was also there at first but with the help of their technical team, we found a way to beat that.

PROS: It can be difficult to keep track of what you have in the store. Since we first receive payment from customers before they can receive what they paid for, it is important that we do not oversell our products. It can be embarrassing or even hurt the business when a customer has already paid for a particular item but you have oversold it and they cannot get what they paid for. Skubana has come in place to help us solve this dilemma. We can now know what is in the stock as the product offers reliable reports on inventory to give us an accurate figure when a customer order for an item.

CONS: In terms of functionality, we do not have a problem with this tool. However, it is complex and that makes it difficult for us to understand how it works. Luckily, the customer support is highly responsive and helpful to guide us all along. It is a powerful tool and thus you should expect to find such complexities. Despite this, it offers reliable features that help us to automate multiple tasks and thus stay ahead in more than one ways.

PROS: We were in the market searching for that right tool for our ecommerce business and stumbled on Skubana and since then we have not looked back. It is a powerful tool that was the right fit for our business. At first, we did not know if it was what we needed as the learning curve was real. Luckily, with time, we were able to discover what it had in store and it was the best we have ever come across in the market. It has been able to automate most of the tasks we did manually and thus we are able to free up some of the resources and concentrate on the core skills of selling. On top of that, the support was impressive. We were assigned an account manager, Wali, who took us every step of the way to make sure that we fully utilized the features of the tool.

CONS: It is a complex tool to use. We had problems trying to find our way around the features at first. This was frustrating as we could not get anything done. Luckily, the staff offers unlimited support when you experience issues. Just to make the transition smooth, they assigned us an account manager who took care of all the difficulties we faced. Despite it having a learning curve that is steep, we had an account manager who understood how the product works and offered guidance where now we can complete different tasks with ease, unlike before.

PROS: It has made everything easier by allowing you to manage all operations from one location. The OrderBots feature is powerful and automates all orders such that when a customer orders and pays for an item, it can be shipped with ease. Previously, this was time consuming as I had to do it manually. Keeping track of all the orders this way was tiring and required a lot of effort. Luckily, we can now depend on Skubana to take that pressure off. Inventory management is key and that is what Skubana does best. When you oversell, you may lose customers as they might pay for a product you have already oversold. This product keeps track of all the inventory in different sales channels to make sure that that does not happen.

CONS: They are limited in terms of the features they have in place. Unlike other ERPs that similar functionality, they miss some features which can be frustrating. Luckily, they are new in the market and thus we can give them some break to add those features. When I contacted one of their staff, I was informed that they are in the process of adding more features to make the product complete. Different users have brought up features such as order analytics and they have been included in the roadmap which means a brighter future for the tool and its users.

PROS: At Skubana, it is all about dynamism in terms of the functionalities the product offers. This means that, you can expect more features to be added in the product with time. It evolves depending on the needs of its user and businesses in general. With such assurance from the Skubana team, there is hope for a better tomorrow. It gives us a peace of mind and reliability that we will be able to solve more solutions in future. In short, it offers much hope to those who find it limited in terms of the features it offers, currently, that they can expect more in future.

CONS: We have problems at the start since we were unable to find our way around the tool. There was no support to begin with. However, later on, we were assigned an account manager, Cindy, who took over and made things simple on our end. She guided us every step of the way by helping us to overcome very obstacle and understand the functionality of the product better. Even though we are not out of the woods yet, we still have hope as the support is top notch. In that case, we expect to have to the full transition with the help of our account manager.
