What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps you to customize your orders and manage items such that you can sell more and keep track of your inventory. For example, you can order or create orders based on the bundles that sell on a particular week or day. This makes it easy to order and sell and thus an efficient strategy for your business. You can create those bundles using the Skubana by dragging and dropping units to the bundle of your choice. The search feature is incredibly fast. You can make a quick search on the interface using the keyword or tags which helps to save time. The customer service is highly responsive as they can help you from the start to understanding how different features work to better your business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite the support being there, it is not always available on the weekends. Since it is human support, I can understand that they need the time off after a long weekday solving problems for users. There are those problems or issues which are vital for my business and only the skilled staff will help solve them better. Luckily, there is a way you can reach them offline through the email and they try to respond to your problems. All in all, I have had a great experience with the Skubana team and I cannot ask for a better team for my business operations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become an additional staff for my business. When it comes to managing inventory, it has become reliable in that. I do not have to worry about listing products as it offers advice on how to go about it. This takes a few tasks off my back which were a headache before and thus I can concentrate on more on selling that figuring out what should go where. With such automation of tasks, it has brought about increase in sales and efficient management of operations that relate to inventory. As a result, I am able to perform better and that is the same case for my business.
