What are the best aspects of this product?

You always start somewhere and not so lucky for us, we did not start with Skubana. We tried out Stitch Labs and other inventory related tools in the market before different reputable online stores directed our attention to Skubana. Just like any normal business, we were reluctant at first but later made the bold move to try it out. It turned out to be a miracle on our part. Within the first week, we had fallen in love with the product and we were good to go. After a month, we were able to utilize the product in full such that we even dropped ShipStation which served as our shipping tool. The customer support staff is also helpful and offers the best assistance for all our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is all great and powerful for any business dealing with inventory management. For your business you will be able to create orders and know how much inventory you have in real time. However, the interface looks out of date. It is not as better looking as it should be. When you compare with Stitch Labs, the latter is much better looking. However, you have to try the product out before you can judge it based on the outward appearance. Once you do this, how the interface looks becomes a thing of the past.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The thing we were missing the most is flexibility and seamless functionality for our business. With Skubana, we are able to get that and more. Everything that relates to inventory is managed from one location. Be it managing orders to shipping, we are able to do it and access those features in one place. We can keep track of inventory, drop shipping operations, items shipped and orders placed, all in real time. This helps us to eliminate overselling which can be bad for business. Once you oversell and customers place orders and at the same time you do not have the product they ordered, then you are left stuck which can result to poor customer service.
