PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has made everything easier by allowing you to manage all operations from one location. The OrderBots feature is powerful and automates all orders such that when a customer orders and pays for an item, it can be shipped with ease. Previously, this was time consuming as I had to do it manually. Keeping track of all the orders this way was tiring and required a lot of effort. Luckily, we can now depend on Skubana to take that pressure off. Inventory management is key and that is what Skubana does best. When you oversell, you may lose customers as they might pay for a product you have already oversold. This product keeps track of all the inventory in different sales channels to make sure that that does not happen.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They are limited in terms of the features they have in place. Unlike other ERPs that similar functionality, they miss some features which can be frustrating. Luckily, they are new in the market and thus we can give them some break to add those features. When I contacted one of their staff, I was informed that they are in the process of adding more features to make the product complete. Different users have brought up features such as order analytics and they have been included in the roadmap which means a brighter future for the tool and its users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I switched from SolidCommerce to Skubana platform. The switch was necessary as the former was not as reliable as the current platform I am using. The customer support was unreliable as when I experienced an issue, it took the SolidCommerce support staff days to solve my problem. There are some instances where I had to wait for a week and this was frustrating. Unlike SolidCommerce, Skubana has come off as a reliable product as the customer support is highly responsive and they care about their customers and what they are going through. The solution is also affordable as you pay less than a dollar per order and a flat rate for the monthly subscription. With automation, I am able to save time and money when managing inventory which I did not get before I switched to Skubana.
