What are the best aspects of this product?

We were in the market searching for that right tool for our ecommerce business and stumbled on Skubana and since then we have not looked back. It is a powerful tool that was the right fit for our business. At first, we did not know if it was what we needed as the learning curve was real. Luckily, with time, we were able to discover what it had in store and it was the best we have ever come across in the market. It has been able to automate most of the tasks we did manually and thus we are able to free up some of the resources and concentrate on the core skills of selling. On top of that, the support was impressive. We were assigned an account manager, Wali, who took us every step of the way to make sure that we fully utilized the features of the tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a complex tool to use. We had problems trying to find our way around the features at first. This was frustrating as we could not get anything done. Luckily, the staff offers unlimited support when you experience issues. Just to make the transition smooth, they assigned us an account manager who took care of all the difficulties we faced. Despite it having a learning curve that is steep, we had an account manager who understood how the product works and offered guidance where now we can complete different tasks with ease, unlike before.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously, we had a lot to do as everything was done manually. It was frustrating to keep track of inventory without a reliable system that tells you how much you have in store in terms of quantity in real time. Thanks to Skubana, we can now forget about overselling our products in different sales channels as it tracks all and generates reports in real time. This way, it leaves our business operations streamlined which is good or business. In short, we are able to direct our resources to areas that need more emphasis which leads to the increase in revenue and thus translate to positive business growth.
