What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboard creates a quick access to what you want. For example, you will be able to view your inventory and the needs associated so that you can know where to emphasize based on those needs. It is an integrated product that has all the solutions in one place. All inventories can be monitored in one place which gives you the power to know what you have in real time. It makes our work easier as it improves the visibility of stock movement by prioritizing on areas that need our emphasis and utilizing the resources we have in the best way possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is always a problem with every software application. For the Skubana, it is no different but theirs is minor. If you want to get the best out of a product, then you have to go for that which has great customer support. Although we found the product to be complex at the start, we were able to find our way around thanks to the great customer support. Through the updates and training from their staff, who have a better understanding on the product, we were able to get ahead of things within a short period.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have to manage the warehouses in different locations and decide which warehouse will serve which sales channel. With such tasks and workload to manage, it was difficult on our part to manage what should go where. Thanks to Skubana, we can now get all solutions in single place. With such seamless operations, we can save time on labor and save on the cost of managing inventory and making ordering and sales decisions. Previously, this was not possible as keeping track of all those sales channels and warehouses was cumbersome and costly in terms of time and labor cost.
