What are the best aspects of this product?

At Skubana, it is all about dynamism in terms of the functionalities the product offers. This means that, you can expect more features to be added in the product with time. It evolves depending on the needs of its user and businesses in general. With such assurance from the Skubana team, there is hope for a better tomorrow. It gives us a peace of mind and reliability that we will be able to solve more solutions in future. In short, it offers much hope to those who find it limited in terms of the features it offers, currently, that they can expect more in future.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have problems at the start since we were unable to find our way around the tool. There was no support to begin with. However, later on, we were assigned an account manager, Cindy, who took over and made things simple on our end. She guided us every step of the way by helping us to overcome very obstacle and understand the functionality of the product better. Even though we are not out of the woods yet, we still have hope as the support is top notch. In that case, we expect to have to the full transition with the help of our account manager.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been a tough experience for us in our journey to find the best tool for our enterprise management. Back in 2014, we came across Odoo which is an open ERP. It gave us problems and the experience was nowhere near what we were looking for. Those frustrations brought us to Skubana and we have never looked back ever since. It does everything for us in terms of drop-shipping in different online platforms and thus increases sales on our part. Apart from online sales, we do field sales where we send representative out in the field to complete sales. The tool helps us to take phone orders, which has improved how we generate those sales.
