What are the best aspects of this product?

At first, I thought that I would be in for a long road. However, they have a great customer support and account manager that aided me every step of the way to make the experience smooth. It allows for ease of automation for most tasks that I did manually prior to this tool. For example, setting up of the purchase orders when the stock runs low, with the help of the OrderBot feature. Skubana has powerful analytics and inventory management functionalities. I am able to know how much revenue is generated through the analytics reports generate on revenue which is a good thing on my part.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a great time with the tool after we established how it works with the help of the account manager. The learning curve was definitely there at the start. However, we were able to find our way around with the help of the Skubana team. Apart from that, it offers reliable and efficient features that we need to improve our business operations and productivity. There is very little to say negative about the tool. At the moment we are still learning what else it has to offer on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become our all-round tool in terms of inventory management and revenue tracking. With Skubana, we can now know when to order and how much revenue is generated. With the analytics feature that works well with our business, we can generate reports based on inventory and revenue to see where we are going and what changes we need to make in order to improve our production. With this tool we have managed to scale better and improve our business by 30% all at no additional fixed cost. The reporting feature is perfect for us. We are able to know which areas we need to improve and those that need to go away so that we can give more room for growth.
