A Reliable and Effective Way of Communication

What are the best aspects of this product?

Skype is very easy to use. Virtually anyone can do use the product. Additionally, it is the best for people to connect to each other with being physically together. Its messaging platform is also very impressive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is internet data-intensive and therefore, requires high speed internet for it to work seamlessly. Skype software is very intrusive because it launches every time a computer powers on. It would be better if there was a straight-forward way to make it launch when necessary only.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to get offline notifications through text or messaging to notify of a new message or call on Skype.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaboration among employees located in different geographical location has never been better. It is easy to communicate and even hold meetings remotely. It is also very cheap.
